Sales Account Executive

Overview:

Refuse Specialists is experiencing explosive growth.  Refuse Specialists is seeking, highly motivated, high energy sales professionals to join the Fort Worth, TX based sales team. Sales Account Executives will be primarily responsible for selling Refuse Specialists Consulting Services to new customers in our mid-market segment. Refuse Specialists is an off-site waste hauling and recycling department for many of the largest real estate and hospitality portfolios in the country and works to implement strategies to increase efficiencies, improve the environment, optimize services and apply market based pricing which results in a reduction in overall waste hauling and recycling costs!  Sales Account Executives will utilize a consultative, solution sales approach to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively and independently distill and deliver the RS value proposition
  • Follow the RS sales process to provide timely and accurate forecasting
  • Cultivate leads through cold calling on the phone and in the field
  • Regular attendance at trade shows and associations
  • Engage, manage, and prepare proposals, quotes and contracts
  • Overcome objections
  • Oversee all transactions that occur in assigned account or region
  • Engage customers for additional revenue, leads and other opportunities
  • Assist in implementation of customers

Position Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Disciplined work ethic
  • Trainable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in the use of computer based CRM, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
