COST EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT PROGRAMS
We use our experience in managing thousands of locations throughout the US and Canada to provide our clients with the most cost effective and efficient waste/recycling programs possible. Our business model provides an outsourcing solution that allows us to truly align with our clients.
Our expert Negotiators present the vendors with the pricing, service and equipment options determined in the Analysis.
Once pricing, services and equipment are established, an agreement is prepared with favorable terms and conditions and dispatched to the vendor for signature.
Following receipt of the vendor signature an Account Template is built in ProRefuse™ with every detail about the pricing, equipment, service levels and terms to ensure accurate data capture going forward and to ensure each line of every invoice adheres to the contractual terms.
Installation and/or implementation of all updated equipment and services are facilitated by Refuse Specialists.
The updated pricing is verified on every initial invoice.
LINE ITEMS CAPTURED
Every line item of every invoice is captured with the hauler provided information. In addition, RS lists the complete frequency, quantity and behavior of every line item to allow for complete data capture and the assurance an accurate audit is done line by line.
DOUBLE BLIND AUDIT CONDUCTED
This means two of RS’s professional staff audit the line items of every invoice and if anything doesn’t match the contract, a reconciliation workflow is triggered and the correct amount due is sent to the client.
All the data is captured in the proprietary ProRefuse™ database allowing for a robust menu of standard reporting. Custom reporting is also available by request.

SINGLE SOURCE SOLUTION
ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
One Customer Service department for the entire country regardless if your locations use one waste and recycling vendor or many waste and recycling vendors. Your company can utilize RS as the Single Source for all of your customer service needs. For our larger commercial clients, a dedicated Trash Team is assigned to our larger commercial clients allowing for a single point of contact for the entire country.
Billing structure is up to you. You can continue to pay the individual invoices directly to your vendors or engage RS’s proprietary bill pay solution allowing you to make bi-weekly payments or weekly payments to pay all of your invoices. This cuts down on the time and cost of writing multiple checks to your vendors.
Contract management is all handled by RS. You can elect to authorize one agreement allowing RS to act as your agent or sign hauler contracts directly. In either case all contracts are housed in the secure RS ProRefuse™ platform for easy access, term management and verification of pricing.
Ongoing invoice auditing is provided inclusive in the service. Each line of every invoice is reviewed to ensure all charges meet the contractual terms. RS identifies and corrects errors on approximate 11.8% of invoices audited. Following the identification of unauthorized charges, your Trash Team works with the vendor to have a credit issued.
